Looking for a safe place for kids to Trick or Treat? Bring them out to Topp Hat’s Kickin Chicken for free hot dogs, candy, ghost, and goblins. We encourage the children to wear their Halloween costumes. Free and open to children in the community ages 13 and under. 😈👻🌭🍭🎃🎉
